Leima’s story began in 2015 when we founded a tattoo studio in Kruununhaka, central Helsinki. We created a place that soon became known as Krunikan Leima – at the time, neighborhood’s only tattoo studio.
Our studio gradually became a home for an international art community united by a love for tattoos and art.
Over the years, Kruununhaka became filled with tattoo studios, and the area’s charm inevitably began to fade amidst all the hustle and bustle. In 2025, we opened a new studio in the calmer Herttoniemenranta. Our story continued with a new name: Leima.
Today, Leima is a familiar name among tattoo enthusiasts. We are known for our professionalism, our award-winning artists, and our excellent customer service.
