Leima’s team combines experience and versatility – we have tattoo artists from four different decades, both domestic and international artists, whose diverse styles and strengths complement each other. Our Finnish- and English-speaking customer service is ready to assist you quickly and expertly, ensuring your tattoo experience is as smooth as possible.
I am the founder of Leima tattoo studio, and at the studio, I represent the more experienced folk with over 12 years of full-time tattooing experience. I specialize in comic-style color tattoos, especially 80s and 90s cartoon characters, as well as game and movie themes. However, all projects, from cover-ups to black and grey realism, are welcome!
During my career, I have frequently attended tattoo conventions in Finland and abroad, including Germany, the Netherlands, and the Baltics, and sometimes I have also served as a judge at these conventions. I also have a few convention awards on my shelf! My tattoo art has also been widely published in international tattoo industry books.
As an artist, I specialize in drawing with graphite and colored pencils, and I create tattoos using the whipshading technique. In addition to the aforementioned subjects, all kinds of nature themes are close to my heart. However, I am not at all picky about subject matter and am always happy to create a tattoo that is perfect for you.
I once studied to become a designer, and I have been tattooing since 2021. I am an open and warm person, and it is especially important to me that you can come to get tattooed as your authentic self. Be prepared for bad dad jokes when we meet!
Aside from realism, I enjoy doing all kinds of tattoos. I particularly like thick outlines and clear shading, which is why traditional style is one of my favorites. I also do a lot of geometric and mandala-style tattoos. Most often, I do small pieces, especially for Walk-Ins, but large projects are always welcome.
Above all, I want to offer my clients the best possible tattoo experience. My main goal is for everyone to leave happy and feel that they have received the best possible service.

My style is surreal and illustrative blackwork. I love playing with lights, contrasts, and color gradients to bring each tattoo to life. I enjoy incorporating individual color elements into black and grey pieces. I’m an easygoing person, so feel free to contact me and ask me anything!

Like other fellow weebs, I draw my inspiration from otaku culture by consuming everything from TV series to Japanese street fashion and attending conventions.
My drawing and tattooing style is cartoonish and anime/manga-inspired: thick and sketchy lines combined with a vibrant color palette. I also create pieces with grey color inks. My specialty is character portraits, as I love studying character anatomy and facial features. I am also open to all kinds of colorful, illustrative tattoo ideas.
Does JoJo hold a special place in my heart? Yes. Hatsune Miku? Tattooed on my skin. NGE? Absolutely! Pokémon? I’ll make them mine!
I started tattooing in January 2023. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Aesthetics, and my master’s thesis focused on tattoo aesthetics. In addition to tattooing, I work with Anime magazine.
I started tattooing in the old school style, and with a love for detail, I moved on to learning neotraditional. I like to use colors, but black and grey pieces are also possible!
I’m inspired by everything beautiful, cute, and magical. I like colorful flowers, atmospheric moments, music, spiders, and eyes.
